Erika R. Bales

Erika R. Bales is the founder of the Law Office of Erika R. Bales, PLLC. Erika is a 2010 graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law. Erika graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor’s in Behavioral Sciences with a concentration in Psychology in 2005.

Erika began her legal career prior to law school as a paralegal in Ohio, Indiana and North Carolina.

Since graduating law school, Erika has offered a variety of legal services to a wide range of clientele. Erika understands the importance of client support and customer service and she prides herself in offering personalized, tailored advice based upon each client’s individual needs.

Erika enjoys reading, writing, and spending time with her family.

Blue Light Bingo: The Law Office of Erika R. Bales, PLLC is honored to sponsor Wellness and Education Community Action Health Network’s (W.E.C.A.H.N.) July 11th, 2015 Blue Light Bingo at Durham’s Cotton Room. There will be a meet-and-greet at 5PM EST and the games begin at 7PM EST. We are proud to support W.E.C.A.H.N. in “offering prevention education, testing, access to care and support services to people infected, affected or at high risk for HIV/AIDS, STD’s [sic], and other health disparities.”

So visit the Cotton Room to support W.E.C.A.H.N., your communities and the lovely ladies that make Blue Light Bingo anything but a drag!

Wills for Heroes: On Wednesday October 18th, 2014 Attorney Erika R. Bales and her assistant, Connie, participated in the North Carolina Bar Association’s Wills for Heroes event.

​The Firm assisted over 30 police, firefighters, paramedics and emergency medical technicians, and their families, with their estate planning needs. Although we were there to help the Heroes, there is not enough we could do for the risks they take and the service they provide to the community. For that, The Law Office of Erika R. Bales, PLLC would like to say thank you to those men and women who risking our lives daily in service to our communities.
